Andrei Checiches

Former Tech Executive, Andrei has spent his career building his functional and operational expertise with the goal of leveraging his innovative mindset and business applications knowledge in order to help organisations build a future-proof business capability for their functions.

Andrei started his professional experience from working in various Finance roles across large corporations and built up his functional know-how and transition projects expertise.

Having understood that he found a passion in improving the processes he is in charge of by leveraging his IT background, Andrei moved into IT with his first assignment being leading an Oracle ERP implementation across all entities of his company for the Finance function.

What followed was an evolution of his passion for systems and process improvements and he joined GE Healthcare where for 6 years he led a global product team that was in charge of all Finance systems throughout the company.

In 2020, Andrei founded Ignite IT and was a part of the executive team of an American tech-startup where his goal was to establish operations in multiple EU locations. Over the course of 2020 and 2021, Andrei kick-started the EU entities, growing the footprint in EU to 250+ employees with the required Finance, HR, Payroll and compliance frameworks to ensure optimal day-to-day operations.

Marek Zielinski is a seasoned leader with over 15 years of experience in SaaS delivery and AI solutions. Based in Cracow, Poland, he excels in managing cross-functional teams and delivering impactful AI-driven projects.

Marek is currently the Director of Delivery Operations at FLYR, overseeing AI-focused teams and ensuring the successful delivery of projects across EMEA. He has a proven track record of building successful teams in backend, frontend, AI, data engineering, and software development.

Marek holds an MBA from Akademia Leona Koźmińskiego and a Master's in Software Development from Coventry University.

Łukasz Mróz

Attorney Łukasz Mróz is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. In 2006 he was admitted to the Krakow Bar Association. Since the beginning of his professional career he has been associated with the Kraków law firm founded by advocate Radosław Nikiel, where he was a partner for 10 years and managed the corporate law department and foreign real estate investments. He also handled cases related to bankruptcy and restructuring law.

During his career at the firm, he gained extensive experience in handling foreign corporate clients. He has acquired a wealth of unique experience in forex transactions and with asset management and compliance advice. He has advised on many complex transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, the establishment of a brokerage house and the complete instrumentation of its operations, public share issues He has assisted in the establishment of many companies in Poland with foreign capital from Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and the United States. These companies are still operating successfully on the Polish market. As a consultant, he was involved in providing services to banks belonging to the Santander and ING groups.

Lukasz Mróz was a member of international legal organisations and took part in numerous international conferences and meetings throughout Europe. He was also appointed by the Minister of Justice as an expert member of the team responsible for amending the bankruptcy law. For his work in this team he was awarded the bronze medal "Meritorious for Justice". His comments and articles regularly appear in the specialized and daily press i.a. Rzeczpospolita, Gazeta Prawna, prawo.pl.

In his most recent role within a software house, Wojciech has successfully combined Talent Acquisition, Talent Nurturing, and Talent Management, overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle. He is responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding, job fairs, and fostering a strong candidate experience.

Passionate about building meaningful business relationships, Wojciech is dedicated to creating a seamless and positive recruitment journey for both candidates and employers.
